Yoshi's Island (Melee)

Remember Super Mario World? Of course you do, silly. It was the first time we met Yoshi. At the time, kids were amazed that Mario could tame a dinosaur who could eat nearly any enemy in sight, spit out fireballs, and even give an extra jump boost when Mario really needed it. Did you know that Yoshi's full name is T. Yoshisaur Munchakoopas? It's true!

On this stage, watch out for the the big slope on the right side of the field - you could get KO'd if you run to far up it, or obviously if you get launched that way. Aside from that, the yellow and eyed Rotating Blocks can be spun with the smallest attack, turning what was once a normal floor into a pitfall.
