This item works just how it does in the Mario Kart series. When used it temporarily shrinks all opposing players, which decreases their attack power and makes them easier to send flying. Occasionally (and frustratingly) it may backfire on the user, shrinking him or her instead, or even worse, increasing everybody else’s size. Frustrating indeed. Will you take the risk and touch it? Someone's gotta reap the consequences...
