Tortimer Island

This stage is based off the island in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. At the island, players can swim around and and catch deep-sea creatures, fish for sharks and other underwater creatures, catch rare bugs at night, shake exotic fruit off of the tropical trees, or participate in fun island tour games with local friends or other players online.

In this stage, eating the fruit restores your health, coconuts can be thrown as damaging items, but sharks now pose a real threat! They may come directly towards you, but you cannot catch them; they will catch you instead! So show extreme caution once you see a fin headed your way! Also, watch out for the bees that come out of the beehives that can fall off, and be sure not to stay on Kappn’s ship for too long, as it will eventually depart from the island. Lastly, the layout of the island may vary from match to match.
