Spirit Train

The Spirit Train is Link and Zelda’s means of transportation in The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. In the game they are entrusted with restoring the power of the Spirit Tracks, which keep the evil spirit of Malladus locked inside the Tower of Spirits. Thus, they are given the Spirit Train under this special circumstance for travel between the realms of New Hyrule during their mission.

In Smash Bros., either Link or Alfonzo will conduct the train, however if Toon Link or Link is in battle then Alfonzo will operate the train. Players can fight on top of the train, on top and inside the middle carriage, and on the rear carriage. The rear carriage can detach, with other differently-structured carriages attaching themselves to the train afterwards. At times birds can suspend additional platforms in the air. In addition, the Spirit Train may catch up to a Dark Train and it can be treated as an additional platform for a time.Players can additionally attack and eventually detonate them.
