Team Healer

The Team Healer is an item that a player can use on his/her teammates. When a player throws this item at their teammate, their teammate will get healed a bit. A player can also throw it at an opponent to cause damage. However, there is a small chance that the opponent will get healed instead of take damage. This item will only spawn in team battles for obvious reasons.
