Lakitu and Spinies
- Super Mario Bros -A classic enemy from the Mario series, first appearing in the original Super Mario Bros. When summoned, Lakitu floats in the sky on his cloud, dropping eggs that hatch into Spinies, which are invulnerable, deal damage on contact, and can meteor smash opponents who are in the air.
Players can KO Lakitu, albeit with difficulty thanks to his relatively high altitude, constant movement, and dropped Spiny eggs. For this iteration of Smash Bros., the Spinies now run on the ground faster than ever before.
