Elec Man

Elec Man is one of the 8 robot masters created by Doctor Light, which were stolen and reprogrammed by the evil Doctor Wily to take over the world.

When summoned, Elec Man jumps around the stage and shoots his Thunder Beam just like he did in the original Mega Man game.
