This item has nothing to do with cosmetics, it actually is quite the potent weapon! Players who are hit with Lip’s Stick sprout a flower upon their heads. While that may not seem like that big of a deal, that flower causes your damage percentage to go up! The larger the flower the faster your damage rises.
