The advisor to the player in the SNES version of SimCity, named after the creator of the series, Will Wright. He uses his extensive knowledge of city life to guide the player in building the city towards prosperity.
In Smash Bros., he summons a building from the ground, damaging all who are hit by it. Sometimes he may erect a skyscraper, which causes even higher damage and knockback.
